The steel pretreatment production line jointly developed and produced by our Company and technical universities was listed in the Provincial Torch Plan and is the new product to be popularized by the state with emphasis. The product has passed the ISO9001 argumentation, provincial new product appraisal and the cognition of China Environment Protection Inspection Center. It has won the national utility patent, provincial scientific achievement prize and municipal technical award.

GM steel pretreatment production line adopts the programmable controller and the human-machine touch screen for control and ensures the accurate mechanical operation control and parameter setting. The advanced electric information system is applied to improve the traditional industry.

The production line has adopted the photoelectric cell, digital cell and other electric orientation sensor system in many places to realize the remote concentrated control either in manual or automatic maneuver.

Combining the PLC transducer and other advanced electric apparatus, the production line could control the dope’s paint amount, paint distance and pressure variation according to different products and different position of the products. The GM steel pretreatment production line embodies the harmony between human and environment. The shot blasting machine’s illumination and dust removal equipments have excellent effect, which exceeds the national standard technical index with the dust emission amount < 100mg/m3 and realize the clean production.
